Know when to move on
Know when to move on
It’s always hard sometimes to know when to move on
Sometimes you remain stuck in the relationship all alone
Hoping that maybe, he will come around
Hoping maybe he will recall how close the two of you were.
You keep convincing yourself of how busy he is. Forgetting that
even while you were dating, he was still doing the same job
Yet he would find a second to reply to texts
A second to reply a call
A second to think of you
A second to know how you are faring on;
How you slept, how you woke up.
He would always know the slightest change in you
Even if you wear new lipsticks he would know
But what about now, he barely says hi, unless its reply text
He barely calls you, let alone return calls
He barely seems to want you anymore
He barely looks at you twice in the face
Fact, and this is a fact,
He is out of love,
It was just a fling, coz maybe it barely lasted a month
He was probably in low moods, and you were there to put a smile
on his face.
But now, he doesn’t need you anymore, maybe wait for the next
time he feels low? Maybe? I don’t think you should, though
Okay let me tell you what’s going to happen if you don’t,
You will lose your dignity and self-respect as well as his
You are being too available to him- sometimes this scares away,
men
I understand you may be in love by now-but that’s the problem,
you are vulnerable and appear desperate.
Stop texting and calling
Let him text and call if he misses you for real
Stop making yourself too available-though this is quiet
tempting always
Divert your thinking, focus on other serious things that add
value to your life
like how you can save more, business ideas
apply jobs, smile, socialize and make new friends.
Move on, be happy, be independent!
